1) GET ON THE FAST TRACK:
Jump-start your aerial program with a strong base of qualified teachers. This will ensure student safety, progression, and retention, and increase revenue at your facility at an exponential level. We will create a specialized training that meets your studio's needs with a focus on your currently-existing community: whether that be more yogic-focused, fitness-based, seniors, or other. Even better, your studio owner or manager will attend Aerial Essentials and Advanced Aerial Technique trainings for free with the 5 student enrollment minimum when you host!
2) HOST YOUR OWN TRAINING:
As you and your community are ready, add-on to your qualifications through our Master Training and give yourself the foundation to begin training your own teachers. Our best option for creating a strong aerial yoga program with ongoing student retention and cohesion within your studio in the long term, the Master Level Training will increase your bottom line as you offer continuing education. Ensure that you have the safest program as you progress into more advanced forms of aerial, while your students have a clear path for growth as they progress in the practice.

No matter which way you choose to train, the core of our program is to start with the Aerial Essentials Teacher Training, creating a strong foundation of safety from which to begin teaching introductory, beginner, and intermediate students in the aerial hammock.
After beginning to teach from Aerial Essentials, you will want to continue your education (and your students will be begging for it), by progressing to Advanced Aerial Techniques. This advanced training will give you the skill and confidence to take your teaching to the next level with more specialized classes, more advanced wraps, and more challenging postures.
Once you have gained experience in both of these sections of the training, you will be eligible to progress to the Master Level Training, giving you the ability to lead your own VaihAyasa or VaihAyasa-Based Teacher Trainings.
When bringing Aerial Yoga new to your area you may desire to fast-track your Master Training so that you can begin hosting AYTTs within a year: 1-3 teachers at your studio will begin their personalized program to offer classes and create a student base. As you have the experience and audience developed, you will be able to train future generations of skilled teachers to keep your program standards high.

There are many options when it comes to Aerial Yoga Hammocks, and when you are introducing Aerial Yoga to your facility, it is imperative that you select the appropriate equipment & install the first time.

Nearly every ceiling type can be adapted to accommodate Aerial Rigging; some more easily than others. There are often multiple install options available, and we demystify this process by outlining the best options available for your individual needs in your initial consultation. From experience, we know the best solutions not only for safety, but also for cost efficiency, as well as the tricks to save you time and money in hammock maintenance.

- Ceiling height
- Room dimensions (w/ a sketch of floor plan & any obstacles like support posts, alters, etc)
- Ceiling type (ie, drop ceiling, open support beams)
- Photos of ceiling (also include photos of ceiling above a removed drop tile if query is regarding a drop ceiling)

Our Standard Hammock includes:
(1) High quality aerial silk fabric in your choice of colors (see color option) suitable for 8-12’ Ceilings. Fabric will be assembled with ghost knots, ready to hang. Knotting Instructions (printed & emailed) for re-installing in the future are included.
(2) Extension Cables (which create the ghost knots)
(2) Locking Carabiners (for attaching the hammock to fabric chains)
(2) 6-pocket grey fabric chains (for adjusting hammock height)
You will appreciate being able to adjust student hammock height quickly and easily with our 6-pocket fabric chains that come with each standard hammock. If you are not able to adjust the height of each students hammock because the hammock is fixed or because the connection points are too high, you risk student safety and comfort.
